Cartridge Filter Housings
Ø2.5""× 10"" or Ø63.5 mm x 254 mm
Ø2.5""× 20"" or Ø63.5 mm x 508 mm
Ø2.5""× 30"" or Ø63.5 mm x 762 mm
Ø2.5""× 40"" or Ø63.5 mm x 1016 mm
In addition to the four sizes mentioned above, there are of course countless special sizes for which filter housings have been produced in limited quantities or made to measure. However, it is always preferable to choose a standard size for reasons of economy and interchangeability.
The materials used for the filter housings are generally 316L stainless steel or, more rarely, 304 stainless steel. If the product to be filtered is very corrosive, other alternatives can be considered such as polypropylene, PVDF or hastelloy (super alloy containing mainly nickel).
The range covers filter housings for a wide range of industrial applications, both single and multi-layered, covering a wide range of flow rates, pressures and temperatures. Space requirements and user ergonomics are taken into account when choosing the most suitable solution for the environment.
A sanitary range is specifically designed for critical applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. These filter bodies are subject to specific controls and can be supplied with a documentary package (material certificate, roughness certificate, pressure resistance certificate, etc.).
For higher flow rates (20 -25 m³/h), the High Flow cartridges offer an interesting alternative to standard cartridges. Indeed, its retention capacity is 7kg and its pressure drop is only 90 mbar for an initial flow rate of 23 m³/h. It is equivalent to 50 standard 40"" cartridges.
Its dimensions are as follows :
- Ø6,5"× 40" ou Ø165 mm x 1016 mm

Filter housings for bags and baskets
Bag filter housings are available for the four standard bag sizes, namely
- size 1 = Ø7"×16,5" ou Ø180 mm x 420 mm
- size 2 = Ø7"× 32" ou Ø180 mm x 820 mm
- size 3 = Ø4"× 8" ou Ø100 mm x 230 mm
- size 4 = Ø4"× 14" ou Ø100 mm x 380 mm
The materials used for the filter housings are generally 316l stainless steel or, more rarely, 304 stainless steel. If the product to be filtered is very corrosive, other alternatives can be considered such as polypropylene, PVDF or hastelloy (super alloy containing mainly nickel).
However, if the liquid to be filtered is viscous and the flow rate must be very high, it is advisable to opt for a more robust filter body with larger orifices to limit pressure drops.

Filter housings for plate filters and lenticular modules
Plate filters are used extensively in chemical, pharmaceutical and food processes. The liquid to be filtered flows through the filter plates. For each plate, the flow line is equipped with a sight glass and a shut-off valve that allows the flow of the product to be observed and detected, and each filter plate to be closed independently.
In the case of lenticular modules, the frames supporting the plates form a block (i.e. a module) and are linked together by the trunk of the latter.
The lenticular module, through which the filtrate flows, is actually immersed in the liquid maintained under pressure. This type of filter is very easy to handle.
The "Gauthier" type filter straddles the gap between the classic plate filter and the lenticular module filter. As with the lenticular module filter, the filter medium is immersed in the pressurised liquid.
However, the plates, as in a 'classic' plate filter, can be removed one by one.
